About Dentons US
Dentons was launched in 2013 through the combination of Salans, Fraser Milner Casgrain and SNR Denton. Further combinations have shaped its development. The firm describes its organization as polycentric: it is intended to draw on different regions and legal traditions without a single dominant national culture or global headquarters.
That approach is central to Dentons' international identity. The firm presents local market knowledge and coordination between regions as complementary parts of its service. Its governance materials describe representation from the regions in global decision-making, rather than treating every office as an extension of one original domestic practice.
For clients, the practical aim is to connect lawyers familiar with different legal systems on business matters spanning more than one jurisdiction.
