Each summer associate gets two mentors, one associate and one shareholder, with midsummer and end-of-summer review meetings. Day-to-day assignments carry direct shareholder contact, and training is coordinated by the Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development teams. The firm evaluates candidates on a 360 degree basis: legal skills, client service mentality, leadership potential and culture fit alongside academics.
